Nolhing inthis policywill intply, slaleor be corrslrued as the transler of onrnership of tlre physical space being pernritlecJ, or the ¡lrovistotrof any rights other than those specifically slaled.The Finance Deparlmerrt may issue surlace lol or garage permits with lhe lollowing conditions:'SURFACE PARKING LOTS OWNED OR COND BY THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:Willson Lot (35 spaces), Black Lot (71 spaces) and Rouse Lof (46 spaces)(No monthly or annual permils are available at the Armory Lot). Total permits available at each facility is not lo exceed limits established by the BPC; at thístime, each lot is limited to total perrnits not to exceed 50% ol available parking spaces.. Permits are available 1o individuals and/or businesses on a first come, first serve basis; onespot on a permit rvaiting list equals one parking permit (no bulk permit sales).. The Finance Deparlment will maintain a waiting list for each public parking facility.. Permits can be obtained and paid for on a monthly or annual basis;. Permits available for up to 1 year, not to exceed the current calendar year;. Permits are not transferable; however, the permit holder may permil employees, or otherindividuals to utilize the permitted space.. Permits nrust be renewed prior to January 1't of each year with fees payable monthly otannually. Permits that are voluntarily surrendered, or forwhich payment has not been tnadeby the renewal dale are subject to forfeiture or re-issuance to other parties.. At renewalthe permit holder is required to acknowledge by signing (manually orelectronically) their agreement 1o abide by the mosf current version of the Bozeman ParkingCommissions' Parking Permit Policy.. Permit payments begin immediately upon signing of permil agreement and annualagreenrents will be prorated:¡ All parking permits issued by the City of Bozernan may be revoked for any reason. The Cityof Bozenran will endeavorto provide, but not guarantee,60 days written notice to anypermit holder of the date their permit revocation is effective.BRIDGER PARK GARAGE (435 spaces total)Total number of available spaces fol renfal, irr the Bridger Park Garage, will be deternrinedby the Bozeman Parking Conrmission utilizing the adopted Permit Limil Calculationmelhodology, as depicted in Appendix A of tlris policy. will review the Permil Limit Calculation at its March, June, September, and December regularrneelings; and, as a result, may take actíon to alterlhe number of permits available.As of August 2019, the Bozeman Parking Commission does not accept new long-term leaseagreements, at the Bridger Park Downtown Garage, for the purpose of satisfying parkingrequirements in the Bozeman Unified Development Code Such lease agreements limit theability of the Bozeman Parking Commission to manage the permit and transient parking althe Bridgel Park Downtown Garage in the most effective manner..
