We oppose the application for a zone map change from R-4 to B-3 which is action item H1 for your
February 8, 2022 meeting. You constantly state that Bozeman has a housing crisis and we need
thousands more residences to address the crisis. So why would you even consider changing zoning
from residential to business in an established neighborhood? Such an action would once again
contribute to the lack of housing and permit more encroachment of business into residential
neighborhoods. Vote no. Please Remember your stated priorities.
