Dear Commissioners,
It seems that every time a developer Hollorans their way into a neighborhood and the
neighbors try to stop them, the answer from the city is "We understand your concerns but youshould have paid attention to the zoning map when you bought the property". Although
sometimes disappointing, this seems like a fair response - but it's only fair if the zoning in thetown doesn't change on a whim!
Please deny this zoning change. You owe it to the neighboring landowners.
