City Commissioners,
I ask you to vote “No” on the request for zoning changes on Bozeman’s north side from R4
to B3 along N. 3rd Avenue between W. Lamme St and W. Beall Street.
We continue to erode Bozeman’s character and the ability for hardworking people, the
fabric of this community, to live downtown every time we choose luxe, high rise apartments
and commercial development over housing.
I agree 100 percent with Larry Barnard’s last words in his Letter to the Editor in the
Bozeman Chronicle:
“Our city commission should make decisions that protect all neighborhoods of Bozeman
citizens who put their money down on what we believed was a binding contract for our
future.”
Please help us keep Bozeman, Bozeman. Protect our charming, historic neighborhoods.
