To the City Commission:
I strongly urge the commission to vote NO to rezoning NE downtown Bozeman from R4 to
B3. We need to maintain pockets of residential zoning walkable to downtown that areamenable to affordable housing for locals, instead of encouraging the construction of luxury
condos that could be used for short term rentals under B3 zoning. There is a crisis in housingavailability in Bozeman and it makes no sense to support more commercial building in the
downtown area at this time. Please REJECT the zoning change request.
