To whom it may concern,
We, the Allen’s who reside at 401 Westridge Dr, Bozeman, MT are highly opposed to the R-3proposed zoning . We feel our neighborhood should be R-1 or R-2. A one acre spot zoning in
our residential area seems unfair to us. We have children as many do in this neighborhood.The impact on the roads, parking and packing people into the lot that impacts us seems
unethical. We would like to see parts of Bozeman as it is. Residents residing in true residentialareas is a key component to neighborhood’s. We would love nothing more than to see our
neighborhood remain that way. We already have roads and MSU condos encroaching our oncecoveted fields and trail system. Bozeman has plenty of space for all, I believe that is why we
all live here. To then try and stack housing and people in seems contrary to our dreams ofliving in a spacious town. Please consider our thoughts and feelings when contemplating the
