My family lives within 150 ft of the proposed zoning change at 2303 s. 3rd.
We chose to live here because of the open space and view. I never thought putting 12 high density high
rises in my backyard was ever a possibility. My family believes it should stay R1 or Maby R2. Spot zoning this
one acre lot is not what we want to see in our R1 neighborhood.
