RE: Northwest Farm Credit Services office building site plan approval, Application No. 20419,
for 2530 Honor Lane, Bozeman, Montana.
Dear Bali:
The Site Plan for the above-referenced project has been conditionally-approved with the
conditions found in the attached approved staff report. Note that ANY changes from the approved
site plan will need to be reviewed and approved by the Department of Community Development
as a MOD application.
The Applicant must comply with all provisions of the Bozeman Municipal Code (BMC) which are
applicable to this project. All unmet code provisions, or code provisions that are not specifically
listed as conditions of approval, does not, in any way, create a waiver or other relaxation of the
lawful requirements of the BMC or state law.
Future Impact Fees - Building permit applications will require payment of the required
transportation, water, sewer and fire impact fees according to the City of Bozeman adopted
impact fee schedule in place at the time of building permit issuance.
You have the right to appeal this decision of the Community Development Director pursuant to
the provisions of the BMC. Please note that this decision is subject to appeal by other aggrieved
parties as defined by BMC Sec. 38.700.020. Such appeals must be filed pursuant to the provisions
of BMC Sec. 38.250.030. An appeal must be filed within 10 working days following the date of
this decision. If a valid appeal is filed, no further action on the project may proceed until a decision
on the appeal is made by the City Commission, and the Community Development Department
and Building Division will not be able to approve any building permits or to perform any
inspections related to this application.
