Honorable Mayor and Commissioners,
Please review carefully the difference between maximum of 50 feet and 4 stories. Whichever
is greater is in the current application amendment!
Please ensure 50 feet is the maximum height you are agreeing to, NOT 4 stories which does not
define a height restriction.
It does not appear that there is anything to limit the height of a story, therefore 4 stories could
be greater than 50 feet.
