Road infrastructure and traffic …DON’T jeopardize people who are in a rush atrailroad crossings when they’re stopped! Unfortunately, the traffic situation the past 3-4years has created an urbanized anxiety we haven't felt previously. Taking away land for development is not an improvement for the COMMUNITY;outlying areas of land are important as natural environments for wildlife, birdlife, and people ...open spaces for mental health..... have been proven to be an invaluable asset in urbanized settings A city for the wealthy has been created …. Blue collar laborers can’t afford to live here. Mechanics, electricians, plummers, etc etc are an essential need for any of us. Does anyone on the board consider themself as a steward of land and community? Does anyone understand the difference between conservation and PRESERVATION? Bozeman is on its way to becoming a “megalopolis” while other cities in the USA, such asBoulder, CO and Portland, OR placed restrictions on urban “spread.” Carol PolichBozeman, MT
