Dear City Commissioners,
We are concerned Bozeman citizens that tired of seeing this type of development being built without properlyhaving the infrastructure in place that could even come close to supporting this developers request. If Mr Holloran’sintentions are to personally finance a grade separation(underground tunnel/overpass) for the traffic/train along with amultitude of other improvements his request could possibly be considered. But even more importantly, our younghardworking people have no affordable options to live in our community any longer. We would love to see youfolks follow thru on all your campaign promises for affordable housing and this development being proposed is farfrom what you promised your voters.Hopeful your listening,Kellie & Bryant Martin
