Dear Bozeman City Commissioners,
I am emailing in regards to the zoning of the 16 acre parcel at Bridger Canyon.
I would urge you to not change the zoning and thereby allow high density housing at the canyon.
While this city is certainly in need of affordable housing this is not the place for it. In addition there have been many
changes in zoning laws over the last year and none of them have led to affordable housing - the only people
benefiting from the changes are the developers.
Let’s work together - commissioners and people of Bozeman - to create a plan that preserves the beautiful place we
live in while providing affordable housing for those that live here.
