Dear Commission Members, We currently reside in Grandview Heights II and use Story Mill Road frequently, which abuts the proposed area for the above referenced development and are vehemently against thisproposed development. We see deer almost every day on the northeast corner of Story Mill and Bridger Canyon Drive. Other wildlife, including wild rabbits, etc. are also prevalent. This area is some of the only remaining open space around. Bridger Canyon Drive hasalready been developed with new houses in the past decade to the east of Story Mill Road. Thankfully those houses are attractive and non-assuming. The idea of having multi-storiedbuildings in this small area is heart-breaking, to put it mildly. We plead with you to stop caving into developers and putting our communities at risk of safety and health. We have already seen huge traffic backups at the railroad crossing andduring the recent construction on Griffin Drive. Infrastructure in this area is already inadequate and on the brink of getting worse with the “affordable housing” being built east ofthe beautiful new Story Mill Park. During ski season it is especially difficult to get onto Bridger Drive in either direction due to the continuous traffic. Please do not allow this development to proceed! Consider the impact it will have on thecondition of our existing roads as well as the congestion that will undoubtedly occur in and out of Bridger Canyon. Patricia and Michael Lane
