This proposal does not account for major increases to traffic in the area which is already compromised by train
blockage, winter skier traffic to Bridger and Crosscut areas, and the landfill! There is no mention of parking
requirements either. Are the residents of this development going to park on our streets? You have not allowed that
for vacation rentals, why now?
This zoning is completely out of scale for this area. To go from a farmhouse to a high density complex makes no
sense at all. The area will already be accommodating an increase when the Story Mill Project is completed. Traffic
will increase with that development. All of the issues will be compounded. One has to wait a very long time to cross
traffic when the skiers are returning. Or when a train passes. Why add to problems instead of fixing them. Money
should not be the reason for this very bad choice!
