The intersection at Flanders MIll and Oak Street is extremely dangerous!!! It is hard for seasoned drivers to
navigate much less, young high school drivers who use the intersection daily as it is located adjacent to the
new high school. Turning vehicles often get stuck in between the medians waiting for oncoming traffic to
clear, it is not easy to cross during peak hours, it's simply waiting for accidents to occur. It's imperitive that
the city do something to mitigate the issue! If not addressed, liability should and will fall on the city for
neglecting to install traffic safety measures. LIABILITY! If a child is injured or killed on this intersection,
responsibility will fall squarely on Bozeman and it's traffic planning department's shoulders. Please address
this intesection before someone gets badly hurt.
