Why are we letting Home Base Partners destroy our health care system's heritage? This is a delightful old building that is kept up and as I drive by it daily, am remindedof those who came before us. The Deaconess were steadfast in running this hospitalfor the community and Fred Willson put his creative touch on the expansion.
Why demolish it to put up more condos? Can't we take the approach as the ArmoryBuilding did, and enhance the beauty of this building?
Look at your own website to see what is displayed on Historic Preservation. Byallowing this building to be torn down, you're going against what you claim we standfor.
NO - don't make it easier for the developer - Make it our history.
