Dear City Commission:
Andy Holloran has built, what, 6 or 7 high-rise buildings in Bozeman- so far? After allthe costs associated with their construction, he has made millions – at the expense ofquality of life to the unfortunate homeowners next door. So… what has he EVERgiven back to the citizens of Bozeman for this unbridled privilege? Has he donatedfunds for a park or a bike trail, a single piece of playground equipment, or ONE singlelow-income housing unit? I can think of nothing. He is a metastized cancer inBozeman bent on extracting as much wealth from this community as possible. Hedoesn’t care about Bozeman. His appetite for getting rich is insatiable – he hasproven that over the past decade. He is the unapologetic destroyer of neighborhoods– and you, the Commission, is our only hope to stop him. Now he is after Fred Willson’s legacy, this time with the empty promise that he will re-use ‘some’ of the materials. He made the same hollow promise in Missoula when hevowed to preserve the façade of the Missoula Mercantile – just before most of it‘accidentally’ fell down. He has demonstrated that he will stop at nothing to get whathe wants. He is systematically destroying Bozeman - to nobody’s benefit but his own. The City Commission is the only entity that can hold him accountable. I hope that yourealize what he is doing and take a stance that benefits ALL the citizens of Bozeman– not just his alone.
Vote “NO” on his hospital project. Vote “NO” on Canyon Gate.
