Greetings Commissioners and Mayor!
I tuned in on Tues to watch the swearing in ceremony.
I should have said something for the record during the comment opportunity
But if I had, this is what I would have said:
I can't tell you how incredibly proud I am to live in a community like Bozeman.
I know you all are not perfect....human like the rest of us....but having spent countless
hours watching you all in action either in person or online via zoom...I can say that
you all are about the most mature and caring group of politicians I have ever seen in
action.
I don't always agree with your votes or policies, but I also admit that I don't have the
depth of understanding or experience that you all embody.
But tapping into the cumulative witnessing of your meetings, I know that it still
behooves me to remain vigilant in my active participation in the process, if only
through voting and campaigning (Go Christopher!) and connecting as often as
possible with the meetings.
Well, I for one, am very grateful for your sacrifice to serve our community and will
always cheer you on from the sidelines.
