This leaves an additional 23 SF of signage for Suite 101 vinyl window signage. Comprehensive Sign Plan Checklist: 1. Planning Application: PLNAPP-159 2. Sign Design Guideline Narrative a. The signs on the SBDJ Building at Ferguson Farms will all be the same size. There are 14 spaces on the building allocated for signage. These spaces are 12 sq.ft. (16” x 106”) and vertical. They are located in the brick reveals of the exterior pilaster columns (shown on comprehensive sign plan elevations.) b. Mounting: Sign mounting will be determined by the business in accordance with Bozeman Municipal Code Section 38.560.080. c. Design Components: Color, font, material, and style will be determined by the business in accordance with Bozeman Municipal Code Section 38.560.080. d. Illumination: Illumination of sign will be determined by the business in accordance with Bozeman Municipal Code Section 38.560.120. (There are existing exterior wall wash lights on the pilaster columns). e. Sign Placement: Signs will be placed in the corresponding brick reveals, on the exterior pilaster columns, allotted for the business. See Comprehensive Sign Plan Elevations. Wall signs will not be larger than 16” x 106”, oriented vertically. f. Other design solutions: NA 3. Projects in Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District: NA 4. See Comprehensive Sign Plan Elevations. Signs will be vertical, placed on the exterior pilaster columns in the brick reveal, these spaces are 12 sqft (16” x 106”)(MAX). Sign type will vary with each business. 5. Freestanding Signs: NA 6. Sign Calculations: See table above. 7. Signs will be designed and decided on by the business leasing the specified space. Said businesses will be responsible for applying for a Sign Permit with the Building Department. Bayliss Architects PC (Suite 201) will help with the sign permit process, if needed, to assure code compliance. Design approval is required from the owner. 01/05/22 21445 SBDJ CSP 8. Allowable signage to each tenant space: See table above. 218 SF of signage is allowed on the building. There are 14 spaces allocated for wall signage. Each tenant space has access to those wall sign spaces. Any leftover square footage can be dedicated to vinyl window signage, in accordance with Section 38.560.060 (3). 9. Tenant spaces: There are 8 tenant spaces in the SBDJ Building. Their areas are listed in the table above. See attached Building Suite Information Floor Plans. 10.
