I am contacting you regarding the intersection at Oak Street and Flanders Mill near Gallatin HS.
Before the school actually opened, I contacted a school board member to express my concern about the
safety of this intersection, particularly during student commute hours.
Simply put, it is an awkward and dangerous intersection with confusing traffic flow and turn management,
all separated by medians which compromise line of sight.
I hope that you will strongly consider an improved design before a serious accident occurs.
