My name is Kim Cohen and I am a resident of Tschache Lane near the Vaquero Way. The Park View Crossing
Subdivision you are considering permitting concerns me on behalf of the wildlife which inhabit the Regional County
Park. Has an impact study been performed to understand how the native partridges and other animals will be
affected by a high density development? If this has not been part of the equation in your decision-making it needs to
be considered.
Please reply with all the factors you are weighing as you evaluate this proposal.
