I do not support this development or the re-zoning to accommodate it. As a group you have failed our community.
Each developer that you have allowed to come in and develop without a semblance of requiring affordable housing
moved us one step closer the disaster you have now created.
Housing is not housing. Affordable housing is no longer attainable and the focus ought to be bringing our
transportation up to speed for all the new residents we have. Adding more housing on the north end of town with
only one, two-way road as ingress egress is a safety hazard and negligent.
I have no doubt you are biased toward any development Andy Hollaran is involved in and I have no faith that you
will make a prudent decision regarding this one.
