Hello,I'm writing regarding the proposed zoning of the property at Bridger Canyon andStory Mill.I live just north of this area, and drive by there multiple times a day. And I am notsupportive of the proposed dense/luxury housing.I realize that Bozeman is growing, and nothing will change that. But we do not needmore luxury housing that prices out even more middle class residents that canprovide local employees. As a city, we're already short enough on eligible employeesand so many businesses are struggling to find employees willing to work, even for anincreased pay rate. If this property must be developed, it would be crucial to provide housing that theworking class can afford and utilize to help with the employee crisis we're facing. Additionally, with the neighborhood going in nearby, traffic will already increase inthe area. Have you ever driven down Bridger Drive between 4 and 5pm? It's alreadysuper busy. And Griffin Drive often has traffic backed up the full length of the street- especially during the winter when Bridger Bowl traffic is heading back to Bozeman. Throw in a train or two, especially if one is completely stopped on the tracks, and it'simpossible to get emergency vehicles through the bottleneck of Rouse/Bridger Drive. Please reject HomeBase Partners current proposal. If they are determined todevelop this property, please require it to be less dense housing for the middleworking class! Thank you for your time,Julie Rogers
