Could you please make the Commissioners aware of the fact that workforce housing in this neighborhood, while a desirable goal, is not particularly practical, as there exists exactlyZERO pubic transportation into or out of the neighborhood. The closest point of access to public transportation at present is 2 miles away, at the Walmart parking lot.Families looking for more affordable workforce housing usually need easy access to public transportation. Furthermore, the comparison made by City Staff between this development and Bozemanmid-town on North 7th Avenue is absurd. North 7th Avenue bears absolutely NO resemblance with the Story Mill neighborhood.
