As a neighbor to this building- 314 N Black Ave. We are begging you to reconsider the demolition and utilize this
for more useful things in our community such as parking, affordable housing, and not another Homebase monster
that houses more rich people who do not live here full time. I am for urbanization but we need other projects - please
serve the people that live and work here!
There is much history to preserve and this building is a part of that. It is projects like this that are driving many of us
out of Bozeman. Please, be our advocates. Stop the insanity.
