December 13, 2021 Coal train parked on tracks.
December 16, 2021 First snow day. Bridger Bowl not even opened yet!
Dear Commissioners and Planners-This past week- midday traffic jams on N.Rouse. Both times, the train blocked the tracks.Yesterday, it took 11 minutes and 4 light cycles to travel less than a half mile- Birdie Drive toGriffin Dr.
This is one big reason why we need to limit high density development on the northeast side ofthe railroad tracks. More cars, longer queues, longer delays, maybe someone's house will burndown, maybe someone will die in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. I don't mean to bedramatic but just want to let you know these delays happen on a regular basis although thetiming of the delays is also unpredictable.
