Dear Commissioners,
My wife and I live near the proposed Canyon Gate development and pass
the site daily on Story Mill Rd. The developer's requested zoning far
exceeds the scale of the surrounding neighborhood of single-familyhomes. Traffic congestion, not to mention emergency response times,
would be intolerable if HomeBase Partners were given permission to
construct dwellings and offices for potentially thousands of people and all
their cars. It is idiotic to consider such a project in that part of Bozeman. We trust you can see that and urge you to reject HomeBase Partners'
Canyon Gate development.
