I would like to voice my opposition to the request for zoning changes by Canyon Gate for development at
Bridger Canyon Dr and Storymill Rd. This rezoning and development will impact ALL of Bozeman, not just
those who live in that neighborhood. This development is not taking into consideration the traffic increase
it will cause, as well as already congested railroad crossings, which often block access of emergency
vehicles to the area. Nor does it consider the need to maintain the open parkland and trails already existing
in the area. It will impact all who access Bridger Canyon for recreation, not to mention the residents that
live in the canyon. I live south of town but use this access frequently for recreation at the M trail, Drinking
Horse, Bridger Bowl, and many other activities in Bridger Canyon. Not only that, there is an increased need
for affordable housing in Bozeman and, in spite of the development going in next to Storymill Park, there is
not enough. What we DO NOT need is more congestion, commercial activity, and high-rise luxury living
units in that area. It is too confined and MUST take into account infrastructure needs. Until the problems of
congestion, infrastructure and vehicles crossing the tracks is addressed by the city and developers, this
