Do your job and DENY HomeBase Partners proposal for more high priced maximize
the profit type of development on Story Mill Rd and Bridger Drive. That kind of
development, including four and five story buildings, don't belong at that location!!!
And it WILL NOT create the kind of housing people like teachers, health care
workers, and others who want to live, work, and raise a family in Bozeman want and
need. Halloran and HomeBase Partners have already been given the right by the city
to lay down their huge ugly footprint (and to make a lot of money). Where are yougoing to draw the line?
Approve a plan that will not inflame the community and neighbors, but will create real
homes and that will fit in to the neighborhood!
