Good evening
My wife and I own our home on Augusta Drive in the Bridger Creek area.We are not employees nor related to any employees of HBP.
In making your decision on the rezoning of the StoryMill/Bridger property we would like youto consider the following questions / comments:
1) Has HBP done traffic studies of the area roads in the summer and the winter when bothBridger Bowl and Crosscut are open?
2) Since we have only 2 exit routes from our home and only 2 ways for emergency vehicles toget to us, if the intersection of Story Mill /Bridger is congested , McIlhattan could be tried but
it is often not comfortably passable since the road improvements and paving have not beendone. Is the City planning on improving McIlhattan Road prior to this project?
3) With our continuing drought, why is there any consideration to add more water users on theEast side of Bozeman? We had restrictions last summer with higher bills.
4) Can we trust HBP remembering what they proposed for property west of Boylan just thispast fall? They were not honest with the Bridger Creek Neighborhood Association when they
first proposed development of that property.We do feel that a mix of condos, townhouses and single family homes would be best for the
proposed development.Thank you
