To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to you as a concerned Bozeman resident to express my opposition to the proposedzoning of the Canyon Gate development (Project No 21337).
I am not opposed to development, however, I feel that a development of this size and scope would bedetrimental to the safety and well being of the residents in this area of town. I am concerned thatwith the increased number of residents in these large buildings that the wait times at the train
crossings would become longer and emergency vehicles would be further delayed.
Please deny the high density zoning of Canyon Gate and only allow the maximum zoning of B1 andR3. B1 and R3 would help protect the district character and appropriate land use.
