I am totally in favor of Canyon gate development proposal. I think it is a very good location for higher
density infill. A mix of residential and commercial with smaller affordable units will be beneficial to our
future growth. Could be very compatible with a growth policy of infill and higher density that would result
in less urban sprawl and help cut down on congestion with great pedestrian and bike connections. Thumbs
up from me.
