I will be unable to attend or participate in the meeting because of health issues - I do however
want my opinion noted and accounted at meeting. I see no reason other than greed to ruin a
beautiful area of our city - the entrance to the canyon should not be shrouded by a massage
ugly structure(s) that provides more unaffordable housing for this community. I have lived in
this neighborhood for over 31 years and had the first residence on Bridger Creek Golf
Course...The developers would be the only ones gaining with adding more out-of-staters with
second and third homes. The traffic situation would be another factor with safety factors as
trains blocking roads into town needs consideration w/ fire and emergency vehicles
potentially being unable to perform needed calls for help. Think long and hard, as something
like this development cannot be undone - deny canyon gate. Dorothy Solyst 1014 Boylan
