Our family has lived, worked, played in Bozeman for 40 years. I am so disturbed that a few developers can
move to Bozeman and change the face and view sheds of our entire town
We live in the doughnut area of Bozeman for a reason. We have beautiful views, nice neighbors and we can
take a deep breath from city life.
I admit change must happen, but at the expense of shrinking views, open space, and habitat for wildlife and
water is not why we all chose to live here in the first place. The idea that the city of Bozeman should infill
every bit of available land and allow high density development next to historically zoned residential and
farm land is a travesty and unfair.
Please reconsider the zoning changes for this development and the height of buildings blocking the view
shed of existing neighborhoods.
