Hello.
I am writing to voice concern over the proposed density of the Canyon Gate development.
Increased traffic counts on Bridger Canyon road, wildlife habitat loss, pedestrian safety on the
bike path, traffic rerouting through ledengs and Creekwood subdivisions (this being a majorconcern with many children actively biking/playing in our neighborhoods)
I am not against the development of the plot, I am concerned about the density of the proposed
use.
I can say with confidence, all of my neighbors I have had contact with in the CreekwoodSubdivision also feel as I do. The proposed project does not complement the area.
