Dear Commisioners,
I am writing to request the denial of the Canyon Gate development. This type of zoning does not fit with the
surrounding neighborhoods and there is no need for commercial properties on this area. I believe R3 zoning would
better fit the needs of the city and help alleviate the housing crisis. I find it disgusting that Andy Holloran had his
employees call in to voice their approval of this project during the Zoning commission meeting. The fact that 11 of
the 12 who called in to voice to their approval were his employees and did not disclose this is cowardly. How can
you trust a developer who uses these tactics. Please vote NO!
