Dear City Commissioners:
I am a proponent for an increase in urban density to manage growth, but I am opposed to HomeBasePartners request that the Canyon Gate parcel be rezoned to include B-2M, REMU, and R5.
This is a large and incompatible change in density for that area. Keep the density downtown (where Ilive), on North 7th, North 19th, or on Main/Huffine.
