FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU STAFF SHALL APPROVE REVIEW OF ANY EXITING ALTERATIONS. AS REQUIRED IN IFC CHAPTER 33. 15 ALL FIRE PROTECTION AND DETECTION SYSTEMS SHALL HAVE THE PIPING AND WIRING EXPOSED FOR INSPECTION. THE PIPING AND WIRING MAY BE COVERED AFTER THE FIRE INSPECTION OF THE SYSTEMS HAS BEEN SATISFACTORILY COMPLETED. 16 WALL COVERINGS AND ACOUSTICAL PARTITIONS, TO INCLUDE ANY FILLERS, SHALL BE TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AMERICAN SOCIETY OF TESTING MATERIALS (ASTM) E84 AND HAVE A FLAME SPREAD OF 0-25 AND A SMOKE INDEX OF 0-450. 17 CEILING TILE SHALL BE LISTED AND TESTED PER AMERICAN SOCIETY OF TESTING MATERIALS (ASTM) E84 AND HAVE A FLAME SPREAD OF 0-25 AND A SMOKE INDEX OF 0-450.
