STRATEGIC PLAN:1.2 Community Engagement: Broaden and deepen engagement of the community in city government, innovating methods for inviting input from the community and stakeholders. BACKGROUND:On August 10, 2021, the City Commission adopted Resolution 5323 establishing a High Performing Boards model that includes norms of behavior. The City Manager will provide a presentation in more detail related to these. BACKGROUND:On August 10, 2021, the City Commission adopted Resolution 5323 establishing a High Performing Boards model that included the creation of a general onboarding program. The City Clerks' Office will present information related to the onboarding manual that was provided to appointees. BACKGROUND:Per the City Charter, staff is required to establish standards and guidelines for conduct, provide annual trainings, for all representatives of the City to avoid the use of their public position for private benefit.
