Dear City Commissioners,
I am writing to express my concern over the Canyon Gate development that is proposed for
the corner of Bridger Drive and Story Mill Road.
I understand that the requested commercial B-2M would allow for spaces 40,000 sq ft andgreater plus heavy services such as truck stops. It would also allow for 5-6 story apartment
buildings.
I hope that you all can recognize that this sort of zoning will adversely affect the character andcurrent nature of this area of NE Bozeman. Not only that but it will increase transportation and
safety concerns which are already issues at this intersection.
I am requesting that you either DENY the application as proposed or vote to REZONE theproperty at maximum levels of B1 and R3.
