Hello,
I am a Bozeman resident and frequently use Bridger Drive as means to travel backand forth from my home up Bridger Canyon and into Bozeman. I’m writing to expressmy strong opposition to the Canyon Gate development, proposed at the corner ofBridger Drive and Story Mill Road.
I do not think it appropriate to pass zoning that allows 6 story buildings or heavyservices such as truck stops at this location. Bridger Drive is a major thoroughfare toBridger Bowl, Crosscut, highly used trails, and other outdoor recreation. The traffic,safety issues, and loss of character from a proposed development like Canyon Gatewould be detrimental to our community.
I am asking that you uphold the integrity of Bridger Drive, Story Mill Road, and thesurrounding area and DENY the application as proposed.
