Traffic issuesNear car accidents between parents in front of the daycare/neighbors homes due to lack of
parking for a commercial businessNo Sidewalks & safety issues for neighborhood residents who walk, run, bike etc.
Snow conditions create hazardous conditions in our neighborhood without the additionaltraffic of a commercial business.
I witnessed all of the above while walking in the neighborhood with my stroller with amember of this subdivision & their child. We witnessed neighbors trying to back out of their
driveway while people were exiting the daycare. After three attempts & a near accident, wehad to step in & help direct traffic. The lack of sidewalks & parking for the daycare puts
everyone in the community & anyone attending that daycare at risk. It would be a sad day if achild is injured as a result of this daycare being allowed to operate in this community.
