Administrative Rule 2021-01 as both were improperly issued.”
A similar situation occurred in 2020 in Harvest creek subdivision for a property on Hunters way where a day
care was operating without a proper business permit. the HOA voted twice and struck it down both times.
There has to be opportunity for public comment, especially adjacent land owners, in these type of
scenarios. Running day to day commercial businesses in a residential neighborhood has a detrimental
impact on our quality of life
