No to #21337--- City of Bozeman NO TO MONEY INSTEAD OF GREEN SPACE. Bozeman planners
are ??getting $$ feedback into their own pockets to allow payment instead of green areas?? How much
money (list this amount openly). Where does it go? State explicitly and openly so it can be tracked by the
citizens. Do this on all past building and future.
This developer has taken total advantage of the city and it's citizens to get as much money
as possible. Green area are what make cities livable. Keep ALL wetlands (it is the law). Green space for
public use is a no brainer. Of course, there will be nothing affordable to most americans /montanans /
or bozemanites. Where is the ethical and moral compass? Is everything only about $$$ ?
Overpass Railroad crossing and pedestrian crossings and access need to be in place PRIOR to building.
