RE: Zoning amendment to Parcel at Story Mill and Bridger Canyon Drive

Dear City Commissioners,
Any new development north of the railroad tracks, especially high density projects, will add
more people needing emergency services.
During the November 22nd Webex meeting regarding the zoning of this parcel, the city’sassociate planner stated services wouldn’t change with more development. That statement
ignores the increase in number of people potentially needing emergency services. Safety ofcity residents is being put at risk.
A solution to the train crossing should be a priority before compounding the issue further.
Please deny this dense zoning proposal put forth by Homebase Development.Thank you,
