Hello: I wanted to voice my support for upgrading the intersection at Flanders Mill and Oak. I have seen
several close calls there. The ill-specified "turning and crossing lane" causes serious confusion at busy times
of the day. And the frequent use of the intersection by pedestrian students warrants some sort of traffic
light or at least a flashing pedestrian crossing light like that used on Kagy where it cuts through MSU.
