NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR A
MAJOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION
This application is evaluated against the subdivision criteria of section 38.240.130 of the Bozeman Municipal Code (BMC) and associated standards. Approval or conditional approval may be granted if the City Commission decision maker determines all criteria are met. The public may comment orally at the public hearing or in writing at or prior to each of the above-referenced public hearings regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations. Summary: A major subdivision application requesting permission for the subdivision of 7 acres into 44 lots: 9 four-plex lots, 2 tri-plex lots, 1 duplex lot, 2 open space lots,1 drainage lot and an alley and various streets. The site is located along Vaquero Parkway, north of Oak Street, west of Davis Lane, east of Ferguson Avenue, and south of Baxter Lane.
