I’m writing in concern about the intersection of Flanders Mill and Oak. We have a student attending GHS
and live in the neighborhood. We repeatedly see accidents and fear for the safety of those students and
staff and neighbors crossing this intersection. During the busy transitions before and after school those
walking and biking to and from school have an increased risk to injury.
Something needs to change here pronto! A light to stop traffic for crossing -like in the neighboring
roundabouts is worthy to explore.
