The Oak and Flanders Mill intersection has visibility problems. When heading north on flanders, I can not
see the oncoming traffic for a portion of the distance between cottonwood and oak. There is a slight
elevation change in the road and headlight/vehicles disappear for a few moments. If this happens without
the flanders driver noticing, the oncoming traffic is upon them in the intersection by the time they proceed
south on flanders. Traffic control is needed at this intersection.
Additionally, there needs to be a flashing crosswalk for pedestrian traffic for all four crossings.
