Dear Leif and Ashley,
Thank you for contacting the City of Bozeman and for submitting public comment for this project via
your letter received on December 3, 2021. Community Development does not directly comment on
or reply to public comments received. Public comments are included in the project record and
discussed in the staff report that is forwarded to the Director of Community Development.
As requested in your letter, I have also sent this response using the self-addressed stamped
envelope provided.

The Department of Community Development is revising its operations until further notice to address COVID-19. We
appreciate your patience and are working hard to maintain the stability of our operations. There may be delays in

see delays in their review times due to the suspension of public meetings.
